- Work with physicians, admin staff, and families to keep care moving even when the waiting room is full.
- Coordinate daily handoffs with teammates, managers, and local partners around Cote-des-Neiges, Montreal, QC.

- Spot small workflow problems early and suggest practical fixes before they become repeated blockers.
